Judith L. Bergman M.A. CCC-SLP
Founder & Director

Ms. Bergman has over 40 years of experience serving a variety of persons with communication disorders across diverse settings including private and public schools, hospitals and assisted living centers. She was an adjunct professor at William Paterson College in Wayne, New Jersey, an instructor in the Duke University Evening and Weekend Programs, provided workshops for new international students in the Duke University Departments of Math and Physics, and has been a guest lecturer at an undergraduate class in Phonetics at UNC.
Her book, Mastering Meaning: Harnessing the Power of American English, is now available to buy on-line from Lulu.com, Amazon.com and Barnes and Noble. This resource for advanced ESL speakers contains the best of her monthly Saathee Magazine articles plus a new introductory chapter, “Natural Language Learning: Unraveling the Twisted Strands of Listening, Speaking and Reading.”
Ms. Bergman sees clients for individual tutorials in her Durham office.
